At Peora Fashion World, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a defective or damaged item.


Damaged or Defective Items Only

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.


Refunds for Defective Items

If your claim is approved:

  • A refund will be issued for the product price only

  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval

Please note:

  • We do not offer replacements or exchanges

  • We do not accept returns for sizing issues, color differences due to screen display, or change of mind


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items without proof of defect

  • Items reported after the 48-hour inspection period
